Parent Portal Overview
The Papercup parent portal is your home base for managing everything about your child's phone. You can find it at portal.papercup.kids. From here you can manage contacts, set quiet hours, track your subscription, and more — all from your browser.
Logging in
- Go to portal.papercup.kids.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Log In to access your dashboard.
Your dashboard
Once you log in, you will see your dashboard. This gives you a quick snapshot of your family's Papercup setup:
- Your Cups — Each cup represents a child's phone profile. If you have multiple children with Papercup phones, you will see a cup for each one.
- Device status — See at a glance whether each child's phone is currently online or offline.
- Subscription summary — A quick view of your current plan, including minutes and active phone numbers.
Main sections
The portal is organised into five main sections:
- Cups — Manage each child's phone individually. This is where you will spend most of your time.
- Billing — View and manage your subscription, allocated minutes, and phone numbers.
- Family — Invite other caregivers (like a partner or grandparent) so they can help manage your child's phone too.
- Shop — Browse and purchase Papercup devices.
- Orders — Track your purchases and view order history.
Inside each cup
When you select a cup, you can access detailed settings for that child's phone:
- Contacts — Add and manage the approved phone numbers your child can call and receive calls from.
- Speed Dials — Assign contacts to single-digit keys so your child can call them with one button press.
- Quiet Hours — Set times when the phone will not ring or make calls (like bedtime or school hours).
- Call History — View a log of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Device — Check the phone's connection status and device details.
