Managing Your Subscription
Papercup offers several plans so you can choose the level that works best for your family. All plans include free cup-to-cup calling, with higher tiers adding more external calling minutes and a dedicated phone number for your child. Here's how to view and manage everything.
Viewing your current plan
- Log in to your account at portal.papercup.kids
- Go to Billing
- You'll see:
- Your current plan name
- Minutes used vs. remaining (shown as a visual progress bar)
- Your billing period start and end dates
Upgrading your plan
- On the Billing page, browse the available plans
- Click Upgrade on the plan you'd like
- You'll be taken to a Stripe checkout page to enter your payment details
- Complete payment, and your new plan activates immediately
Minutes and top-ups
Your plan includes a set number of calling minutes per billing period. If you're running low, you don't have to wait until your next cycle -- you can purchase extra minutes right away.
- Go to the Billing page
- Look for the top-up option
- Purchase a top-up of 100 extra minutes for $10
The Billing page shows both your subscription minutes remaining and any purchased credit minutes, so you always know where you stand.
Managing payment methods and invoices
- Go to the Billing page
- Click Manage Billing
- This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can:
- Update your credit card details
- View past invoices
- Download receipts
