Factory Reset
A factory reset erases all settings on the phone and returns it to its defaults. Only do this if other troubleshooting steps haven't worked, or if advised by our support team.
Before you reset
- A factory reset cannot be undone
- All phone settings (Wi-Fi, account configuration) will be cleared
- You'll need to set up the phone again from scratch
- Your account data is stored in the cloud and won't be affected
How to factory reset
Factory resets are performed through the phone's web interface:
- Find the phone's IP address on its display
- On a computer on the same network, open a browser and go to that IP address
- Log in to the web interface
- Navigate to the reset/maintenance section
- Select factory reset and confirm
Alternatively, contact our support team and we can walk you through the process or reset the phone remotely.
After the reset
Follow our Getting Started guides to set the phone up again:
